NOTE DIFFERENT MEETING DATE -- THIS MEETING ONLY
Join us for this timely program on “Managing the Human Side of Reductions.” Our guest speaker will be Lisa Morgan, who will provide a unique insider’s perspective of what actually happens to departing employees after their terminations: typical experiences, thoughts regarding their former employers, what happens in outplacement, and small things that we can do in Human Resources to make those transitions go more smoothly. We will then discuss change management best practices to help our surviving employees stay engaged and committed after they lose their friends and gain more responsibilities.
Lisa is President of Zenith Performance Group, a regional outplacement, coaching, and leadership development firm. During Lisa’s tenure in the field of outplacement, she has worked with approximately 150 companies having reductions and has counseled well over 2000 individuals during their career transition. Lisa has a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Xavier.
