Moving Your Wellness Plan to the Next Level: The Challenge of Maintaining a Culture of Health in the Workplace

Moving a worksite wellness initiative from programs, to health in every decision as a cultural norm, is best accomplished by relationship building in the workplace. A considerable number of cross-sectional studies demonstrate significant and salient correlations between culture of health elements and the health and safety of employees. Yet, leaders are constantly challenged to manage business needs with optimal conditions for promoting employee health. This presentation will highlight wellness plans strategies that support the three most frequently studied culture of health elements: The built environment, policies and procedures, and communications.

We are inviting 15 vendors that can assist with your wellness plan. They will have tables set up around the room so that you can visit with them and ask questions. Join us for ideas to promote your wellness plans!
